Energy Links Consultancy is a leading independent international gas and power consultancy. It is London-based and was founded by Rowland Sheard in April 1997 to give commercial and technical advice in both the gas and power  industries.

It is managed by Rowland Sheard and calls upon other specialised consultants as necessary. Every one of our consultants has had senior level experience in the energy industry.
